Rental of event infrastructure and temporary electrical installations

Summary

The City of Valladolid is procuring two years of rented infrastructure and temporary electrical installations for civic participation and neighbourhood cultural events. Lot 1 covers 2,800 m² of stage flooring, 200 barriers, 2,000 garden chairs, 360 folding tables and 40 tents measuring 3 × 3 m. Lot 2 covers 84 installations of temporary 9.2 kW power outlets; transport, installation, maintenance and dismantling are included for both lots. The two-year contract budget is EUR 122,804.84 including VAT, and the contract may be extended for up to four years in total.
