Summary

The Spanish state-owned cultural company AC/E is procuring artwork transport and related services for the temporary exhibition “Mercedes Guillén and the School of Paris. Prague, 1946” at the Ethnographic Museum of Castilla and León in Zamora. The work covers approximately 105 paintings, sculptures, prints, watercolours, books and publications, including packing, transport from and return to 28 lending institutions and 27 collection and return addresses, unpacking, storage of empty crates, repacking and return transport, as well as services for 12 art couriers. The exhibition runs from 3 December 2026 to 28 February 2027, and the contract is not divided into lots.
