Official maintenance for SAP licences

Summary

The Institute of Astrophysics of the Canary Islands is procuring access to official SAP Enterprise Support maintenance for all its SAP licences. Support includes the SAP support environment and knowledge base, 24/7 incident resolution, quality checks, and access to software versions, patches and enhancement packages; maintenance must continue without interruption. This is a single, non-lotted contract running from 1 December 2026, or a later contract-signing date, to 31 December 2027, for a maximum of 13 months. The budget is EUR 68,536.65, with IGIC at 0%.
