Supply, installation and commissioning of a public address system at El Carmen barracks

Summary

The Guardia Civil is procuring an integrated public address system for the El Carmen barracks in Zaragoza to broadcast emergency announcements and evacuation instructions throughout the building. The contract covers the supply and installation of the equipment, adaptation of the building’s infrastructure, system configuration and commissioning. The system will serve every floor, including 13 upper floors, the ground floor and three basement floors, and will include, among other items, 266 ceiling speakers, 18 bidirectional basement speakers, three master control units and six 500 W amplifiers. The contract is not divided into lots, and the work must be completed in 2027 within four months of award and no later than 1 December.
