Summary

The Municipality of La Roca del Vallès is procuring Legionella prevention and control services for municipal buildings and facilities. The work includes preparing or updating self-monitoring plans, inspecting installations, cleaning and disinfecting them, and collecting and analysing water samples. The planned scope includes 28 plans, cleaning and disinfection at 10 high-risk and 16 lower-risk hot-water installations and 3 sports-facility irrigation systems, 439 water samples and analyses per year, and monthly inspections of 12 installations. The contract is not divided into lots; its initial term is two years, with one possible two-year extension.
