Audit services for ISO 9001 and UNE 179003 certification

Summary

Consorci Sanitari de Terrassa is procuring external audits of its services, centres and units for certification, surveillance and renewal under ISO 9001:2015 quality management and UNE 179003:2013 patient-safety risk management. The current scope includes diagnostic imaging, the dialysis unit, the day hospital, the occupational risk prevention unit and the allergology service; further services or certification areas may be added during the contract. The contract runs for three years, with an option to extend it by two years, and the initial audit schedule covers 2027–2029. The procurement is not divided into lots.
