Concession to operate the S’Illot bar-restaurant

Summary

The Municipality of Alcúdia is granting a ten-year concession to use and operate the existing approximately 115 m² S’Illot bar-restaurant in the La Victòria municipal forest. The concessionaire must carry out urgent safety works followed by comprehensive refurbishment, including repairs to the structure and roofs and improvements to accessibility and operational safety. The concession is not divided into lots; the minimum public opening season is 1 May to 31 October, and the base fee is EUR 175,000 per season, excluding VAT.
