Supply of 12 solid-state RF power amplifiers for the ALBA synchrotron storage ring

CELLS is procuring 12 continuous-wave solid-state RF power amplifiers for the ALBA synchrotron storage-ring RF system, operating at 499.654 MHz with a nominal power of at least 65 kW per unit. The contract covers design, manufacture, testing and delivery to CELLS, together with spare modules, power combiners, a spare control unit and technical documentation. The units will be delivered in three batches of four.
