Legionella prevention and control services at logistics terminals

Summary

ADIF is procuring Legionella prevention and control services for 24 months at six logistics facilities in Madrid and Ciudad Real: Madrid Abroñigal including Santa Catalina, Vicálvaro, Villaverde Logistics Centre, Villaverde–El Salobral, Torrejón de Ardoz and Alcázar de San Juan. The work includes annual inspection, cleaning and disinfection of installations, corrective work where necessary, water sampling and analysis, cleaning of fire-water tanks, and preparation and monitoring of Legionella health plans. The contract is not divided into lots and may be extended by up to 36 months.
