The Community of Madrid is procuring the design, construction, fitting-out, maintenance and dismantling of its pavilion at the 2027 Madrid Book Fair, held in Retiro Park from 28 May to 13 June 2027. The single, undivided contract includes interior finishes and graphics, electrical installations, lighting, monitors, climate control and furniture. The pavilion must be fully installed and ready for use before the fair opens; the estimated total budget is €189,196.33 including VAT.
