Technical support for maintaining SAP economic and healthcare benefits applications

Summary

The tender covers technical support and maintenance for Mutua Universal’s SAP economic and healthcare benefits applications. The work includes analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and user support for new projects and for corrective, preventive and evolutionary maintenance. It covers the SAP ISH/ISH-MED healthcare benefits solution and the custom-built SAP economic benefits applications, including their interfaces with finance, procurement and records-management modules. The contractor will also support the migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, including analysis of the current environment, testing in the new environment and maintaining the applications after migration. The initial contract term is 12 months, with up to three extensions of 12 months each. Services will be delivered at Mutua Universal’s workplace near Barcelona or, when required, at the supplier’s offices. The estimated volume is 3,520 working days per year, with a maximum daily rate of €462 excluding VAT; these volumes are estimates, and payment is based on services actually delivered. The tender budget ceiling is €1,626,240 excluding VAT (€1,967,750.40 including VAT), and the estimated total contract value including possible extensions is €6,504,960 excluding VAT. The tenderer must provide the required team of at least 16 full-time SAP specialists and comply with detailed information-security, data-protection and cybersecurity conditions. Evaluation awards up to 49 points for price, 3 points for free additional development hours and 48 points for the technical proposal; at least 30 technical points are required. Any free additional hours offered apply to each contract year.
