Artwork transport for the Spanish Milan exhibition

Summary

The tender seeks a contractor to arrange transport for artworks loaned to the Museo Nacional del Prado exhibition “Spanish Milan (1535–1706).” The exhibition is planned to present approximately 160 works in Madrid from 8 June to 26 September 2027. The work includes providing or making transport crates, storing empty crates, collecting the artworks and delivering them to the Prado, unloading, unpacking and assisting with installation, then dismantling, repacking and returning the works to addresses specified by the lenders. The technical bid is worth up to 49 points, and at least 25 points are required to continue; price is worth up to 51 points.
