Urbanisation works for Phases 1 and 2 of the Campamento residential development and external connections

Summary

The procurement covers urbanisation works for Phases 1 and 2 of the Campamento residential development in Madrid, together with the necessary external connections. The works include, among other things, access roads and streets, water supply, irrigation and sewerage networks, electrical and telecommunications infrastructure, landscaping and street furniture, as well as waste management, health and safety, environmental measures and connections to the city’s main services. The estimated contract value is EUR 94,889,179.37 excluding VAT, and the maximum tender budget is EUR 114,815,907.04 including VAT. The works must be completed within 28 months from the day after the setting-out verification record is signed. Price is the sole award criterion. The bidder must hold works-contractor classification in Group G, Subgroup 6, Category 6. It must assign a minimum team with the specified experience, including a works manager dedicated exclusively to the contract, and provide the named team list, organisation chart, qualification and experience evidence, and time-allocation percentages. The bidder must also provide the machinery and equipment needed for the works, maintain an ISO 14001 or equivalent environmental management system, and hold construction all-risks insurance of EUR 7 million and third-party liability insurance of EUR 5 million. The tender must be submitted electronically with a signed European Single Procurement Document and one price offer. The successful bidder must provide a 5% definitive guarantee; an additional 5% guarantee applies if the offer is presumed abnormally low.
