Concession to use and operate kiosk ES-04 in San Roque

Summary

This concession grants the right to use and operate existing kiosk ES-04, measuring 10.90 m², beside the playground in Plaza San Bernardo, San Roque. The kiosk may sell ice cream, sweets and similar products. The concession lasts four years from the day after notification of the final award and cannot be extended. Bidders must offer an annual concession fee of at least EUR 2,225.45; offers below this minimum will be rejected. The fee may be increased in the bid, and price is the sole award criterion. The fee is paid in advance and adjusted in line with the consumer price index. The successful bidder must also provide the required guarantee, set at 5% of the awarded contract amount excluding VAT. Bidders must demonstrate economic and technical capacity and undertake to provide sufficient staff, technical resources and materials to operate the kiosk. The concessionaire is responsible for permits, maintenance, repairs, cleaning, utilities and insurance. Before operations begin, the concessionaire must meet the municipality’s inspection requirements and applicable food-safety, hygiene and safety rules. Civil-liability insurance must provide cover of at least EUR 225,000, and the kiosk must be insured against fire. The bid must include the documents and declarations specified in the tender documents concerning the bidder’s legal status, capacity, tax and social-security compliance, and insurance.
