Design and installation of outdoor decor and indoor and outdoor signage at Veruela Parador

Summary

This procurement is divided into two separately awarded lots for the Veruela Parador hotel in Zaragoza. Lot 1 covers preparing the design project and supplying and installing outdoor furniture and other decorative elements in the shared outdoor areas, including entrances, paths, the courtyard, pool, gardens and vegetable garden. Lot 2 covers designing, producing, supplying and installing indoor and outdoor signage to guide and inform visitors throughout the hotel, its rooms and outdoor areas. The combined ceiling is €242,000 including VAT: up to €169,400 for Lot 1 and €72,600 for Lot 2. The respective maximum bid prices excluding VAT are €140,000 and €60,000. Technical quality and price are weighted at 60% and 40% respectively. Bidders must offer the complete scope of each lot they bid for and provide a signed certificate confirming attendance at the mandatory site visit. The visit for both lots is scheduled for 20 October 2026. Manufacturing may take up to 45 calendar days from contract signature, followed by up to 45 calendar days for installation. The Lot 1 proposal must include a complete design concept with plans, visualisations, materials and samples. For Lot 2, bidders must provide the signage-system design and location plans, texts, dimensions and material samples. Sign text must be in three languages. The hotel will remain open during the works, which must therefore be carried out in phases.
