Conservation and repair services for Valladolid’s water and sewer infrastructure

Summary

The contract covers conservation, maintenance, repair, replacement and refurbishment services for EPEL Agua de Valladolid’s water and sewer infrastructure, divided into four lots. Lot 1 mainly covers traditional open-cut work on the infrastructure in Valladolid and requires year-round, 24-hour availability for service, standby and emergencies. Lots 2 and 3 cover sewer network rehabilitation using trenchless methods: pipes up to and including 800 mm in diameter, and pipes over 800 mm, respectively. Lot 4 covers cleaning and inspection of the infrastructure. The winner of Lot 1 must take over the 28 employees listed in the tender documents; the annex gives their job categories, working arrangements and 2026 employer costs, with later changes to be taken into account when calculating 2027 costs. Bidders must submit the required administrative and bid documents, meet the qualification requirements for the relevant lot and comply with the insurance and contract-performance conditions.
