Technical assistance to prepare construction designs for the Zafra–Jerez de los Caballeros 2+1 road (3 lots)

The tender covers technical consultancy and assistance to prepare three construction designs for the Zafra–Jerez de los Caballeros road corridor. Other automatically assessed criteria cover response time, an extended warranty, the project author’s experience and a vehicle with an environmental label. Technical quality and methodology are worth up to 30 points combined.
