Rental of temporary event infrastructure and related services for Gijón festivities

Summary

Divertia Gijón is procuring, in two lots, the rental of temporary infrastructure and associated transport, installation and maintenance services for events in the city. Lot 1 covers safety and crowd-control barriers, toilet units, temporary office, storage, changing, medical and performer facilities, storage containers, and cleaning, disinfection, tank emptying and repairs. Lot 2 covers the rental, transport, installation and removal of up to 30 wooden modular stalls for Gijón’s cider and apple market. Bids may be submitted for either or both lots. The initial term is one year, with three possible one-year extensions. The total base budget is €78,900 excluding VAT (€56,100 for Lot 1 and €22,800 for Lot 2); the total estimated contract value is €360,480 excluding VAT. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover, comparable experience and insurance, and have the vehicles, equipment and staff required for each lot offered. Price and quality are evaluated; a separate installation plan must be submitted for each lot, scoring at least 12.5 out of 25 points to proceed.
