Temporary electrical installations, decorative lighting and energy supply services for festivals

Summary

Divertia Gijón is procuring the design, installation, commissioning and legalisation of temporary electrical installations, related energy supply, decorative lighting and qualified technical staffing for festivals and public events. The work covers summer and Christmas programmes, Antroxu celebrations and the Three Kings parade. It includes power supplies for stages and event sites, generator and energy arrangements, lighting design and installation, maintenance, on-call and fault-response services, and preparation of technical records and certificates. The contract is not divided into lots. The tender ceiling is EUR 110,500 excluding VAT (VAT: EUR 23,205). The estimated total value, including three possible annual extensions and modifications, is EUR 530,400 excluding VAT. The initial term is one year from 1 January 2027, with three possible one-year extensions. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover, comparable service experience, and availability of specified vehicles, technical staff and liability insurance. Technical quality criteria carry 47 points and automatically assessed criteria carry 53 points; bidders must score at least 23.5 points on quality to continue. The bid must be submitted electronically with the required administrative documents, technical project and price offer.
