Supply and installation of a high-performance server for judicial IT

Summary

The procurement covers one high-performance rack server for the Judicial IT Section of Spain’s General Council of the Judiciary, including the required software and connection accessories, delivery, installation, configuration and commissioning. The server must support high-performance GPU computing and integrate with the existing infrastructure. The equipment must be new, not refurbished, and delivered, installed and made operational within 10 calendar days of contract signature. The bid must not exceed €180,000 including VAT, and price is the sole award criterion. The server must include two sixth-generation processors (each with 24 cores, 2.4 GHz, 144 MB cache and 210 W), 1 TB of DDR5-6400 memory expandable to at least 4 TB, and two NVIDIA H200 NVL GPU cards with 141 GB HBM3e memory each; a five-year NVIDIA AI Enterprise subscription must be included. PCIe Gen5 compatibility is required, with expansion capacity for up to six PCIe 5 and two OCP slots, four 3.84 TB NVMe SSDs and future expansion to 122.88 TB. The supply must also include a 960 GB hot-plug NVMe boot device, a RAID controller, 64 Gb FC, 10/25 Gb and 1 Gb Ethernet connectivity, at least two hot-plug 1,800 W power supplies and at least six hot-plug fans. Remote and out-of-band management software must be fully compatible with HPE OneView. Full technical specifications are set out in the tender documents. The bid must include the equipment make, model and feature description, technical datasheets and manufacturer certificates. The server technology must be listed in the ICT Security Products Catalogue at ENS High category, or the qualification process for that category must have been initiated; a CCN-issued document showing the case number must be submitted. The supply includes the necessary connection cables of at least 10 metres per connection and optical transceivers. Installation includes rack placement, LAN and SAN connections, firmware and BIOS updates, configuration and installation documentation. The equipment must have a three-year on-site warranty and official 24/7 manufacturer support; response times are 15 minutes for severity 1 incidents and one hour for severity 2 and 3 incidents, with on-site attendance within four hours.
