Maintenance and subscription of antivirus licences

Summary

RTVE is seeking renewal of its existing TrendAI security licences, new cybersecurity capabilities on the same platform and round-the-clock premium manufacturer support. The renewal covers Apex One licences for 5,001 devices, XDR for Endpoints and Servers for 5,502 devices, Deep Security Network Security and Malware Prevention for 501 servers each, and Premium Support. New subscriptions include CREM for 5,502 devices, network detection and response for 500 Mb/s of analysed traffic, sandbox analysis for 5,502 devices, and AI Scanner and AI Guard for an average of 5,000 requests per day each. The three existing Portable Security 3 Pro licences will not be renewed. The work includes deployment, configuration, integration, testing and commissioning of the new capabilities, knowledge transfer, documentation, monthly service and credit-consumption reports, and a Customer Success Manager assigned to RTVE. These services are included in the Premium Support price. Protection must not be interrupted during the transition. The contract runs for three years from 1 January 2027, with the possibility of two additional one-year extensions. The estimated base budget is €547,028.61 excluding VAT and €661,904.62 including VAT; the estimated total value, including extensions and a possible contract modification, is €966,417.21 excluding VAT. Payment is based on services actually requested and delivered to RTVE’s satisfaction. Bidders must demonstrate annual turnover of at least €724,812.91 and provide at least three relevant references with a combined value of at least €483,208.61. ISO 9001 or equivalent quality evidence, ISO 14001 or equivalent environmental evidence, compliance with the national information-security scheme at MEDIUM category, and proof of TrendAI manufacturer-authorised partner status at minimum Expert level are also required. Technical criteria carry 25 points and price 75 points; at least 10 technical points are required to proceed. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Spanish.
