Consulting services for the ECOCREM project – Technical Administrative Office service

Summary

This tender concerns the provision of specialized consultancy services – the Technical Administrative Office (OTA) for the ECOCREM project, co-financed by the FEDER Pluriregional Spain 2021-2027 programme at 85% of eligible expenditure, under the FID-CPI line of the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities for PARQUE CEMENTERIO DE MALAGA S.A. (PARCEMASA). The contract is an open procedure with ordinary processing, for a duration of three years and one month, with a baseline budget of 481,189.78 EUR (excl. VAT). The objective is to provide project execution support, including management and justification of the CPI project, preparation of procurement documents, evaluation of offers, compliance and reporting, and communications. The contract will be announced via PCSP and DOUE, with potential delegation of award to the President of the Board and related payments by the Director General.
