Summary

This procurement concerns the provision of tax advisory services for CORPORACIÓN EMPRESARIAL PÚBLICA DE ARAGÓN, S.L.U. and its group of companies. The contract covers general/ordinary tax advisory for the Group (corporate income tax, value-added tax and other taxes), guidance on restructurings and related transactions, and assistance with information requests and tax disputes, as well as a dedicated hours budget for specialized services (bolsa de horas) up to 190 hours per year and periodic trainings in Zaragoza for the Group. Proposals must include a suitable team and documentation demonstrating eligibility and financial solvency, and comply with DRU and mandatory resource allocation requirements (adscripción de medios). Participation in a UTE is allowed under the terms.
