Acquisition of MySQL licenses for MySQL clusters

Summary

IB-Salut requires five MySQL Enterprise Edition licenses with official vendor support for a 36-month period to ensure the availability, security, performance and proper operation of the organization’s corporate databases. The licenses cover the clusters powering critical applications including OTRS, LIS IBAPAT, and corporate portals, and enable integration with enterprise monitoring tools. The contract includes official vendor support, technical documentation, version updates, bug fixes, security patches and functional improvements, and allows integration of the clusters into OEM monitoring tools.
