Supply and installation of accessibility resources for Jumilla municipal museums

Summary

The contract covers the supply and complete installation of accessibility resources at three municipal museums in Jumilla: the archaeology and ethnography and natural sciences sections of the Jerónimo Molina Museum, and the Jumilla Wine Museum. The supply includes 16 tactile 3D models with pedestals and 16 information panels featuring Braille, easy-read text and NaviLens codes; three 65-inch 4K UHD touchscreens; two virtual-reality headsets with at least 512 GB of storage; one induction loop compliant with UNE-EN 60118-4; and one projector with at least 3,500 ANSI lumens, Full HD resolution and a 15,000:1 contrast ratio. Models and information panels must be suitable for tactile use and be accessible, legible and safe; digital content must support screen readers and audio playback. Tenderers should allow for designing the models, pedestals and panels, as well as prototypes and accessibility testing. Before acceptance, the supplier must test the equipment and provide basic user training to staff. All items must be delivered and installed within three months of contract formalisation. The estimated value is EUR 25,281 excluding VAT and EUR 30,590.01 including 21% VAT. Tenders are scored on price (up to 60 points), delivery-time reduction (up to 5 points), up to two additional warranty years (up to 10 points), and additional screens and virtual-reality headsets (up to 25 points combined).
