Construction of 41 publicly protected rental homes, garages and storage rooms

Summary

The contract covers construction of 41 publicly protected rental homes, 41 garages and 41 storage rooms on the site at 47 Marqués de la Valdavia Street in Alcobendas. The works must follow the approved design and deliver a completed, operational building; the contractor must also handle the required installation approvals, permits, safety and waste-management arrangements, and handover documentation. The contract period is 28 months. The estimated value and maximum tender price are €7,389,700.88 excluding VAT. This is an open procedure, is not divided into lots, and does not permit variants. Tenders are assessed on price (up to 35 points), technical quality (up to 25 points), and improvements to the completion period, waste-management resources, after-sales service and warranty period (up to 10 points each). The successful bidder must provide the required insurance, a final guarantee of 5% of the contract price, and an additional guarantee equal to 5% of each interim works certificate.
