Demolition and Construction of buildings for public rental housing

Summary

The Maella Town Hall is tendering demolition and construction works for public rental housing, divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers the demolition of two buildings with an estimated base price of 64,830.65 EUR excluding VAT (78,445.09 EUR including VAT). Lot 2 covers the construction of two dwellings with a base price of 384,198.85 EUR excluding VAT (422,618.74 EUR including VAT). The total contract value including VAT is 501,063.83 EUR. The works start on 1 April 2026; Lot 1 duration is 2 months and Lot 2 duration is 12 months. The procurement is conducted by open and simplified procedures with a bid submission deadline of 26 working days. The project is financed as part of Plan Más Provincia and by the DPZ/DGA and the Town Hall.
