Supply of personal protective equipment for DUE staff

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of 43 types of personal protective equipment (PPE) for employees of Desarrollo Urbanístico de El Ejido (DUE), including safety helmets, hearing and eye protection, masks and filters, specialist gloves, protective clothing and fall-protection equipment for work at height. Items will be ordered in batches during the contract according to DUE’s needs; quantities may vary and there is no minimum order. The contract runs for two years without an extension option. The annual maximum is EUR 58,125 excluding VAT (EUR 70,331.25 including VAT), and the estimated total contract value is EUR 139,500 excluding VAT. For every item, bidders must state a unit price and an individual discount, identify the brand and model, and provide a compliant technical data sheet in Spanish; where no data sheet exists, they must submit an image and product characteristics. An offered unit price must not exceed the tender price for that item. Prices include delivery, other supply costs and two-colour printing of the DUE logo when requested. The supplier must make all sizes available and generally fulfil orders within seven working days. Price is the sole award criterion: the lowest offer receives 100 points, and other offers are scored using the ratio of the lowest price to the evaluated price. Participation requires the prescribed administrative and financial offer documents and evidence of the financial and technical capacity described in the tender documents.
