Services to animate and produce cultural activities at the Katiuska Cultural Centre

Summary

The tender covers the organisation and delivery of the cultural programme at the Katiuska Cultural Centre in Almería from 1 November 2026 to 31 March 2027. The successful contractor will plan and coordinate cultural activities, provide production and technical support, engage residents and cultural organisations, create communications content, and report on the activities. The work includes three creative and cultural mediation laboratories, each for up to six participants and lasting 11 or 12 weeks; at least three La Chanca: Relato y Retrato activities, at least two Katiuska Conecta activities, and at least three Escena Katiuska activities; as well as mentoring and promotion for emerging cultural talent. The contract is not divided into lots. The budget is EUR 45,454.55 excluding VAT and EUR 55,000 including VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically in two parts and include a cultural project proposal, a price offer, and the required declarations. Price is worth up to 60 points, project quality up to 25 points, and team experience up to 15 points. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and relevant past experience. The contract requires liability insurance with cover of at least EUR 151,000, and the successful bidder must provide a 5% performance guarantee based on the contract value excluding VAT.
