Supply of reagents and consumables for single-cell gene-expression analysis

FIMABIS is procuring, as a single lot over 24 months, reagents and consumables compatible with the Chromium X (10x Genomics) system for preparing FFPE breast-cancer samples, creating gene-expression libraries and analysing single-cell transcriptomics using GEM-X Flex technology. The estimated quantities include six human transcriptome probe kits, six library-preparation kits, one FFPE sample-preparation kit, two chip kits and one dual-index set. Quantities are estimates, and payment is due only for units actually consumed; purchase or maintenance of equipment is not included. Bidders may offer equivalent products, provided they are fully compatible and have technical characteristics at least equal to those of the specified manufacturer. Before technical bids are assessed, the buyer may request samples of equivalent products for testing; bidders must provide them at their own expense, and a failed test means the bid is rejected. Price carries up to 60 points and technical quality up to 40 points. The estimated contract value is EUR 68,523 excluding VAT, and the maximum budget is EUR 82,912.83 including VAT. Deliveries will be made as needed against orders, with each order due within 15 days. Products requiring temperature-controlled transport or storage must be delivered in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Products must have sufficient remaining shelf life, and defective, damaged, expired or improperly stored products must be replaced. Bidders must have at least three similar supply references from the last three years and annual turnover in the relevant field of at least EUR 51,392.25 in their best year among the last three available financial years.
