Provision of Google Workspace for CRTVE

Summary

This procurement concerns the purchase of Google Workspace licenses and related services for RTVE in two lots: Lot 1 Institute RTVE (Education Plus licenses for students, teachers and staff, plus cloud backup, migration, licensing support and training) and Lot 2 Entorno corporativo RTVE (corporate licenses under Google Workspace Enterprise Plus with Gemini, Type A/B/C accounts, UIG, cloud backup and related professional services). The contract includes migration, license management, Customer Care and training, and security/compliance requirements (DLP, ENS, CCN-STIC-105, SSO identity federation). The architecture uses two separate tenants (educational and corporate) to ensure data isolation and governance. The estimated total cost for Lot 1 and Lot 2 is about 762,300 EUR ex VAT (approximately 922,383 EUR including VAT) over three years. The procurement is conducted under an Open procedure (SARA) to ensure fair competition and transparency and allow multiple reseller partners to participate.
