Supply of stainless-steel pipework fittings for the Otura water-supply pumping station

Summary

The procurement is for AISI 316L stainless-steel fabricated special pipework pieces for the Otura water-supply pumping station in Granada: an estimated 2,000 kg of pieces for diameters over 250 mm and up to 500 mm, plus 14 hours of a technician’s on-site measurement and setting-out work. The contract includes site measurement, fabrication, loading and delivery to the site or a nearby storage facility in Gójar; Tragsa is responsible for unloading. Final dimensions and design are to be agreed on site, and the manufacturer must submit final fabrication drawings for Tragsa’s approval before production. Required steel thicknesses are 5.54 mm for DN 500, 4.78 mm for DN 400 and 4.57 mm for DN 300. Welds must have full penetration, with visual quality class B and penetrant-test acceptance level 2X. The manufacturer must provide a traceable declaration of conformity identifying the steel grade, sheet thickness and mechanical and chemical properties, supported by test reports. The supplier must carry out the necessary quality checks and factory tests at its own expense and provide product certificates where applicable. The estimated tender budget is €32,232 excluding VAT (21% VAT: €6,768.72; total: €39,000.72). Maximum unit prices are €15.78 per kilogram and €48 per technician-hour. Bids must cover both line items; partial bids and variants are not allowed, and a total bid of €0 will be rejected. Price is the sole award criterion, worth up to 100 points. The contract runs for 150 days, with a 40-day execution period; the bid deadline is 16 October 2026 at 10:00. Bidders must submit a complete, electronically signed price offer and the required declarations. No turnover, previous-experience or technical qualification thresholds are set, but bidders must be registered in the ROLECE register or prove that they submitted a compliant registration application. The best-ranked bidder must provide the required tax and Social Security certificates and maintain product liability insurance of at least €300,000 per event and policy year.
