Design and full delivery of the FITUR 2027 exhibition stand

Summary

The contract covers the design, construction, transport, installation, maintenance and dismantling of a 1,100 m² joint stand for six transport and geographic-information organisations at FITUR 2027, held at IFEMA Madrid from 20 to 24 January 2027. The contractor must also provide technical support and arrange the necessary trade-fair infrastructure and equipment, graphics, cleaning, maintenance, security and catering. The budget ceiling is €448,477.32 excluding VAT, or €542,657.55 including 21% VAT. The contract will run for up to 12 months from 1 October 2026 or, if later, from the date of contract signature. The bid must include a stand design, separate prices for the work phases and a schedule with their start and completion deadlines. The technical specification requires at least four general stand hosts, at least two of them bilingual, as well as dedicated cleaning, maintenance and security staff.
