Lift, lifting platform and fire-protection system maintenance services 2027

Summary

The tender covers maintenance in 2027 of lifts and lifting platforms, together with fire detection, alarm and extinguishing systems, at offices and other listed buildings of the National Social Security Institute’s provincial directorate in Cádiz. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers three lifts at the main building and one lift plus one lifting platform at the archive building; Lot 2 covers fire-safety equipment at facilities in Cádiz city and elsewhere in the province. Bidders may tender for either or both lots, but each lot bid for must be complete. The work includes preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, repairs, maintenance records and documentation, and keeping the equipment operational. Within one month of the contract starting, the contractor must inspect the installations and submit a condition report with an updated inventory. For lifts, breakdown response must be arranged within 12 hours for a stoppage without trapped passengers and within 30 minutes if people are trapped or a similar urgent incident occurs. For fire-protection systems, an out-of-hours standby service is required. Very urgent incidents require work to start within 2 hours; urgent repairs must be undertaken within 5 calendar days, and normal repairs completed within 15 calendar days. The initial contract period is 1 January to 31 December 2027, or from contract formalisation until the end of the year if formalisation is later. The estimated contract value is €53,617.36 excluding VAT; the overall tender budget is €32,438.50 including VAT. The budget is €8,622.60 including VAT for Lot 1 and €23,815.90 including VAT for Lot 2. Price carries up to 90 points, with up to 10 further points for increasing the mandatory spare-parts allowance. The maintenance provider must hold the authorisation required for its activity; the fire-protection maintenance provider must also hold the required accreditation in Andalusia. Bidders must be registered in ROLECE or prove that they applied for registration before the bid deadline.
