The procurement covers the full planning and delivery of the Seville Provincial Council’s 13th Innovation and New Technologies Fair, taking place on 18 November 2026 at the Navigation Pavilion in Seville. The contractor will develop the fair-space concept and handle production, transport, installation, technical equipment, electrical and internet connectivity, support and maintenance during the event, followed by dismantling, removal and cleaning. Installation is scheduled for 16–17 November, and the stands must be ready for exhibitors to install their equipment by 17:00 on 17 November. The minimum scope includes 36 stands for companies and institutions, 10 startup stands and a bespoke institutional stand for INPRO. The contractor must also equip the plenary and secondary conference rooms, podcast and TV recording areas, a short-presentation area for companies, a university room, workshops for up to 100 participants, networking and rest areas, reception and an immersive technology experience area. Work also includes stages and presentation systems, sound, lighting, screens, furniture, signage, electrical installations and Wi-Fi for 46 companies and 200–400 devices. Technical staff must keep equipment operational and respond immediately to critical incidents during the fair; four full-day reception staff are also required. The estimated contract value is €70,000 excluding VAT; the maximum budget is €84,700 including 21% VAT. Evaluation comprises up to 15 points for technical quality, 25 points for automatically scored technical and functional improvements, and 60 points for price. Tenderers must demonstrate the required turnover and relevant previous experience, or, if newly established, provide the required description of their team and resources. The technical offer must follow the structure prescribed in the tender documents; numerical values for automatically scored improvements must be submitted separately with the price offer.
