Public land concession for affordable rental housing development

Summary

The Community of Madrid is granting public land concessions in two lots for the design, construction and operation of affordable rental housing. The development may also include linked storage rooms and parking, commercial premises, unlinked parking, and internal landscaping and infrastructure. The concessions run for 75 years; 90% of the homes are reserved for people under 36, including a specific reservation of 120 homes on Lot 1, Parcel 1, for eligible young healthcare professionals.
