Open-source software-based single sign-on system implementation service with password management and two-factor authentication

Summary

This procurement concerns the deployment of an open-source software-based single sign-on (SSO) system that acts as the university's corporate identity provider. The solution will centralize authentication, implement password management with self-service capabilities, enable multi-factor authentication, and support integration with federations, notably RedIRIS SIR2, in an on-premises deployment with pre-production and production environments. The contract includes analysis of the identity landscape, technical design, installation and configuration, initial integration of representative applications, validation, documentation, knowledge transfer and production roll-out, with emphasis on interoperability, sustainability and technological independence.
