This procurement concerns the operation of a cafeteria and catering services at the Center for Business Solutions (CSE) building in Arroyo de la Encomienda, owned by ICECYL. The contractor will operate as the cafeteria and catering provider with remuneration paid directly by users based on the level of service usage; there is no pre-established price.
