English: This tender concerns the cleaning service for waste drop-off areas in the Alta Segarra municipalities. It is conducted by an open simplified procedure, for a single lot. The contract value is 41,030.00 EUR including VAT, with an annual base price of 33,909.80 EUR excluding VAT. The contract duration is 2 years with two possible 1-year extensions, up to a maximum of four years. The award criterion is price only. Bidders must provide evidence of economic, financial and technical capacity, including civil liability insurance of at least 60,000 EUR, and proof of registration in RELI/ROLECE or an equivalent registry, plus Annex II data and other required documents.
