Demolition works of the old Puerta de Hierro Hospital within the framework of the comprehensive redevelopment

Summary

The tender concerns the demolition works of the old Puerta de Hierro Hospital, carried out as part of a comprehensive redevelopment to create a Functional Recovery Center and an ALS patient hospital-residential unit. The contract covers the complete or partial demolition of buildings, interior demolition of structures and installations, facade removal, and disposal of furniture and other waste. It also includes asbestos abatement and the removal or transplantation of trees and vegetation under permits.
