Tender for the development of the FSE+ fund management tool

Summary

The contract concerns the development and deployment of the AGFSE fund management tool for FB's FSE+. The supplier must cover the full development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, deployment, documentation, training and change management, and maintenance. AGFSE will integrate with FB's existing systems Gestiona, Fundanet and SharePoint and will run on Microsoft Azure. The award is not divided into lots; a single supplier is responsible for the complete delivery. The estimated value is approximately 665,500 EUR including VAT, with P1 up to 390,000 EUR for development and deployment and a maintenance phase cap of 160,000 EUR at 45.45 EUR/hour; prices are subject to governance.
