The contract covers the renewal of pavements and service ducts around Plaza Sancho García and Santa Cecilia Church in Espinosa de los Monteros. Works include replacing stone slabs with granite paving, renewing pavements and utility ducts in the adjacent square and Calle Bajada Iglesia, cleaning and repointing retained stone surfaces, relocating ornamental elements, replacing diseased trees and planting young Platanus hispanica trees.
