Granting surface rights over three Hortaleza plots for the construction and management of affordable rental housing

Summary

The tender grants 75-year surface rights, without consideration, over three plots in Hortaleza, Madrid, for the construction, management and operation of protected housing for affordable rental. The plots have areas of 792.30 m², 826.50 m² and 2,880 m², with total permitted buildability of 19,046 m². The successful bidder must finance, build, maintain and operate the housing at its own risk, with completion within 36 months and continuous operation during the surface-right period.
