Dynamic purchasing system for works on water networks and facilities

Summary

A five-year dynamic purchasing system is being established for construction, renewal and improvement works on the water-supply and sewerage networks and related facilities managed by Córdoba’s municipal water company, EMACSA. The scope, technical requirements, schedule and budget for each project will be set out in its individual works project; the maximum budget for any single project is EUR 290,000. The system’s estimated value is EUR 3,600,000 excluding VAT, and the initial deadline for participation requests is 30 calendar days. Applicants must demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity and submit the required declarations and registry or other company documents. For each specific contract, all admitted suppliers will be invited to compete; award criteria will be set for each contract. Price may account for 0–100% of the score, while technical-quality criteria may account for up to 50%. Works must be delivered with the required experienced site manager and foreman, and an accredited laboratory must carry out the relevant quality control.
