Dynamic purchasing system for food supplies to Tenerife IASS hospitals and centres

Summary

The Tenerife Island Institute for Social and Healthcare Services (IASS) is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for food supplies to its hospitals, centres and units serving people in need of care, children and families, and victims of gender-based violence. The eight categories cover fruit and vegetables; fish and seafood; meat, meat products and eggs; preserves, oils and seasonings; dairy products; cereals, bakery and confectionery; prepared and special-diet foods; and beverages. The system will run for two years, with possible extensions of up to eight additional years, and has an estimated total value of €71,244,014.19.
