High-flow nasal oxygen therapy and respiratory humidification systems with equipment maintenance

Summary

The procurement is divided into two lots for the Central University Hospital of Asturias and Monte Naranco Hospital. It covers single-use supplies for high-flow nasal oxygen therapy and respiratory humidification, together with the loan of the equipment required to use them and its maintenance. Lot 1 includes 36 high-flow generators with integrated humidification, nasal cannulas, a tracheostomy interface and therapy kits; the estimated 36-month quantity is 12,750 consumables. Lot 2 includes 55 humidifier bases and breathing-circuit kits for adult invasive and non-invasive ventilation and paediatric invasive ventilation; the estimated quantity is 4,080 kits. Bidders may tender for either or both lots. The contract runs for 36 months, with a planned start date of 1 March 2027, and may be extended twice for up to 12 months each time. The 36-month budget is €1,403,167.50 excluding VAT (€1,697,832.68 including VAT); the total estimated value, including extensions and a possible 20% modification, is €2,619,246 excluding VAT. Consumables must be delivered within 5 working days of the order being sent, and equipment must be delivered and installed within one month of contract signature. Bidders must demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity and submit technical data sheets and compliance documentation. Bids are evaluated automatically: price carries up to 30 points and technical features up to 70 points. Equipment maintenance and repairs are included in the contract price; response time must not exceed 24 hours, ordinary faults must be repaired within 24 hours, and equipment unusable for more than 48 hours must be replaced temporarily with equipment of equal or better specification. The final guarantee is 5% of the tender price excluding VAT for the relevant lot.
