Maintenance of existing electrical installations in buildings of the Tenerife Island Council

Summary

The Tenerife Island Council is procuring preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations at its buildings and other listed properties in two lots. Lot 1 covers electrical installations, including transformer stations, low-voltage panels, lighting, sockets and photovoltaic systems; Lot 2 covers seven generator sets. Central uninterruptible power supply systems are excluded, and at the Alcalde Mandillo Tejera Centre and the Insular Palace the initial scope is limited to transformer stations and generator sets.
