Summary

Madrid Destino is establishing a four-year dynamic purchasing system for the rental of lighting, staging, sound and audiovisual equipment used at cultural events. Its four categories cover lighting; stages, lighting towers, platforms, walls and grandstands; sound equipment; and audiovisual equipment. The supply includes transport, loading and unloading, installation, operational checks, maintenance, dismantling and, where required, technical operation. The estimated total value is EUR 7,024,400 excluding VAT: EUR 2,236,000 for lighting, EUR 1,816,400 for staging, EUR 2,076,000 for sound and EUR 896,000 for audiovisual equipment. Actual quantities depend on event requirements, and the procurement is not divided into lots.
