Supply of workwear and personal protective equipment for ASERPINTO staff

Summary

The procurement establishes a dynamic purchasing system to qualify suppliers of workwear, workwear accessories and personal protective equipment for ASERPINTO staff. Specific purchases will be made through the system for five years from the first supplier’s admission; the estimated total value is €500,000 excluding VAT. Individual purchases may be placed through an electronic catalogue or, where appropriate, by inviting all admitted suppliers to compete. Applicants must have the legal capacity to act and demonstrate adequate turnover and experience in similar supplies during the previous three years, supported by evidence. Award criteria for individual purchases may include price, the quality of materials and contract performance, warranties or after-sales service, and delivery times; their weightings will be set separately for each purchase. Invoices are generally paid monthly, based on orders placed during the month. A special contract performance condition promotes employment for people with disabilities or at risk of social exclusion. The contractor must keep personal data encountered incidentally during performance confidential and report any accidental access to such data within 48 hours at the latest.
