Dynamic Purchasing System for Software Licences for the Lleida Provincial Council
Summary
The Diputació de Lleida is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for software licences and related maintenance and upgrades. It covers three categories: improvements and updates to administrative software; improvements and updates to software in other fields; and licences supplied for use. The system will run for five years, with a possible two-year extension, and has an estimated total value of €11,670,018.43 excluding VAT, including extensions.
